POLICIES

CANCELLATION

ALL clients are to provide a valid credit card to reserve their appointment.  Failure to cancel your appointment within 24 hours or no show your appointment, it will result in FULL charge of the service.

PAYMENT

We accept Cash, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Amex and Apple Pay

 

GRATIUITY

Gratuity is always appreciated!  It can be added to your credit card when checking out or can be directly to your stylist/colorist through Venmo or Zelle.

 

KERATIN TREATMENT AND CORRECTIVE COLOR SERVICES

These services require a 50% deposit to reserve your appointment.  That amount will be put towards your service day off.  Failure to cancel your appointment within 48 hours will result in loss of your deposit.

NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICE?

If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 2 weeks of your initial service to make an adjustments.
